VPPlant takes part in 10. Investment Forum in Tarnow

The 10. Investment Forum will be held in Tarnow on 24-25 of April. VPPlant will be among the participants.

During the first day, VPPlant will actively take part in the “Smart-Home and Industry – new methods of generating energy” thematic block. The scope of this part of the Forum covers following issues:

  • how automation systems and IoT will help with energy saving?
  • intelligent energy saving applications in buildings,
  • Polish smart-technologies.

During the introductory speech, CEO of VPPlant Grzegorz Nowaczewski will talk about how transformation of energy sector and new technologies can increase the value of real estate in smart cities. The presentation will include examples from global solutions as well as Virtual Power Plant’s own implementations.

In the second part of the thematic block a debate will take place. During the panel moderated by Józef Lassotę (member of the Polish Parliment), following guests will discuss energy topics: Grzegorz Wiśniewski (CEO, EC BREC Inistitute of Renewable Energy), Joanna Maćkowiak Pandera (CEO, Energy Forum), Grzegorz Nowaczewski (CEO, Virtual Power Plant) and Zygmunt Łopalewski (Spokesman, Whirlpool Corporation).

Investment Forum in Tarnow is a platform to exchange ideas and meeting place for investors from Poland and Central-Eastern Europe, members of goverment and parliment, businessmen, startup founders, experts, scientists and innovators. Financial technologies (FinTech), new technologies in energy and healthcare, modern management systems – these are the main topics during the Forum.
