Grzegorz Nowaczewski

Founder and Member of the Board

Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology at the Department of Production Engineering. Grzegorz has 28 years of experience in design and development of IT solutions. Previously, he was the head of technology projects for Polish television channels and pioneered of wireless Internet applications in the field of remote control and banking.

Since 2013 Grzegorz is the leading Polish advocate of the Demand Side Management and virtual power plants. One of the most frequently quoted entrepreneurs in the field of power system innovations. Distinguished in the 2016 competition „Blueprint. Efficient energy project”, finalist of the 2017 competition „Startups in the Palace” for the most promising Polish startups. In 2019 he participated in the EDP Starter acceleration program.

Marcin Skotnicki

Member of the Board, Chief Operating Officer

Graduate of the Management Faculty at the University of Social Sciences. 16 years of experience in sales and implementation of business models for IT systems and energy efficiency services. Previously, project manager responsible for development of services arising from introduction of Demand Side Response programs at WSE Infoengine.

Marcin is responsible for day-to-day operations and business continuity, as well as Client service quality. He is also supervising the analytical team preparing savings analyses and recommendations regarding energy procurement.
